Yoga Therapy and Pilates


Yoga and Pilates offers a continuum of care for post Physical Therapy Rehabilitation. The class
teaches one to breathe deeply, maintain proper posture, create strength and stretch the body.

YOGA - Gently flow through a practice of yoga postures, stretches and breathing as we strengthen and lengthen the body while unwinding the mind. Bring the flexibility and peacefulness of yoga into your life and become more confident in your practice. Beginners welcome!
